The name of this leather goes back to the Russian word “Jufti” (=a pair). Juchten (Russia) leather is a premium leather into which willow and birch bark is worked in following tanning to make this leather particularly resistant and compliant.
The lining is made from vegetable tanned cow leather with anti-allergic coating. In cross-section, the band shows a square padding and is quilted with contrasting stitching in cream white.
The original Panerai tang buckle and tubes can be mounted. This watch band is well suited for people with large wrist sizes and particularly suitable for watches of the brand "Officine Panerai" or other sporty chronographs. It comes with a replaceable, polished spring-bar buckle made from nickel-free L316 stainless steel.
